Best Practices: Wisdom in the Work Place
Building effective work relationships with a variety of people in a team situation is necessary to get work done today. There are times, however, when relationships between facilitators and team members can become strained due to competing work demands, unforeseen changes, or confusion about roles and responsibilities. Wisdom in the Work Place is a seminar designed to help employees and especially team leaders to identify the situations and team dynamics that lead to negative conflict. This seminar will give participants an opportunity to review contemporary work situations (examples) and learn how to apply proven techniques for anticipating and reducing the chance of relational conflicts. These unique practices will enable employees to minimize conflict, improve communication, and build healthy work relationships and solve problems that undermine productivity.
